Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A limited grievance is raised in the petition. The petitioner had approached the Sub Divisional Officer for issuance of the tribe certificate. The Sub Divisional Officer by order dated 02.07.2018 rejected the claim and further directed the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.

Accordingly the petitioner preferred appeal before the Competent Scrutiny Committee. The Scrutiny Committee also received the appeal on 09.07.2018. The document placed on record at Exh.'C' show the endorsement of receipt of the appeal.

The submissions of the learned counsel is till 1/ 2

( 2 ) wp1386.19 date the appeal is pending before the Committee. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had completed his degree course and is desirous of taking further course. As such the petitioner is in need of the caste certificate.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel and in view of the limited grievance raised in the petition, the petition can be disposed of at the admission stage with directions to respondent No.2Committee to decide the appeal expeditiously and not later than 8 weeks from the date of order of this Court. 6.

With above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
