The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that when the matter was called out he was engaged before another Court, and thus, an order was passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the cross objection for non removal of office objection.

For the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 23/10/2018 is quashed and set aside, and the cross objection is restored.

The applicants are permitted to remove all the office objections within a period of four weeks, failing which, the order of Registrar (Judicial) will stand restored.
4.
The learned Advocate for the applicants also submits that the appeal is preferred by the Insurance Company and the lawyer appearing for the Insurance Company has passed away.

Issue Court notice to the Insurance Company, returnable on 18/06/2024.
