She also pointed out that another Appeal bearing Criminal Appeal (Stamp) No. 10876 of 2022 came to be filed inadvertently with application for condonation of delay bearing no. 3908 of 2022 and application for suspension of substantive sentence bearing no. 3909 of 2022. She seeks disposal of the said appeal as well as applications as not pressed. 3.

In view of the above, the said appeal bearing Criminal Appeal (Stamp) No. 10876 of 2022, Criminal Applications No. 3908 and 3909 of 2022 stands disposed of.
