1] Mr. Talhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made application on 5.10.2010 with the respondent No.4, for purchase of Gala Nos.21, 37 and 38, Software Technology Park, MIDC, Chikhalthana. However, no decision has been taken upon the same as yet.

2] Mr. Deve, learned counsel submits that if the said application is pending, the respondent would take a decision on the same in accordance with law and the policy.

wp5058.14 3] In the light of above, respondent authority shall take decision on the application of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, and its policy, expeditiously within a period of six months.

4] Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
