Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to the weak financial condition, the applicants could not file the appeal within limitation. I do not find any substance in the submission made on behalf of the applicants/ original claimants . The delay is not satisfactorily explained. The application is hereby rejected. Civil application for stay IS also disposed of. Refund of court fees as per Rule.
