The caste claim of the petitioner is pending before the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 25.06.2025. We are inclined to consider the prayer to the extent of issuing directions to the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is prosecuting the studies, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today. 4.
