Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would restrict his Petition for prayer clause "B" only, which runs thus:- "B. By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, be please to direct the respondent No.2, Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Kinwat, Headquarter Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to decide the tribe Claim of the petitioner belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe within stipulated period i.e. One Month from the date of order of this Hon'ble High Court." 2.

The learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2

wp-12700.25 and upon instructions from respondent No.2 submits that the claim of the petitioner would be decided within a period of four weeks.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in fact the matter before respondent No.2 is closed for final order i.e. on 27th November 2025.

Under these circumstances, though respondent No.2 appears to be giving undertaking that he will decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of THREE WEEKS from today.
