The incident dated 23.09.2025 pertains to the alleged use of an iron plowshare and a sword. Perusal of the medical certificate indicates injuries are of a simple nature. Thus, the complaint appears to be lodged with apparent exaggeration and falsity in view of the medical certificate. Accordingly, a case is made out for protecting the liberty of the applicant. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

i) The application is allowed.

The Applicant - Vitthal Gangadhar Vyavhare, be released on bail in Crime No.0620/2025, registered with Akhada Balapur police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 117(2), 126(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023

909.BA.2028.25 -2and under Section 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand), with one solvent surety of the like amount, on the conditions that : a] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution and shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. b] The applicant, upon being released on bail, shall not contact the informant, in any manner whatsoever, during the pendency of the trial.

c] The applicant shall co-operate with the trial Court and shall attend each and every date, unless exempted by the trial Court, for reasons to be recorded in writing. d] The applicant, upon being released on bail, shall place on record of the trial Court the details of Contact Number and residential address with updates in case of any change.
