The State has filed this review against order dated 10.07.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 5207 of 1995 on the ground that subsequently the Apex Court has passed order. 2.

The delay is of 5 years and 63 days in filing review application. 3.

Though this Court would be liberal in construing the application for condonation of delay, however, the delay is abnormal and is not based on any sufficient cause. As such, the delay cannot be condoned. 4.
