We had asked the learned AGP on the last date to consider modalities of issuing No Dues Certificate to the deserving persons. It was submitted that respondent no.6 - Society is locked. 2.

Today, the learned AGP has placed on record the communication stating that the District Deputy Registrar intervened in the matter and has directed respondent no.6 to make the necessary arrangements of issuing the No Dues Certificate. 3.

In light of that, the grievance of the petitioners to a large Gajanan

extent would stand redressed. The District Deputy Registrar shall ensure that the office of respondent no.6 is kept open for issuance of No Dues Certificate to the legitimate persons till the last date of scrutiny of the nomination papers.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
