This is an application u/s 439 (2) of Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the State questioning the correctness of the Order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar dated 04/09/2014, whereby learned trial Court has granted bail in favour of non applicant Sainath Raosaheb Yeole, who is accused No. 9 in the challan. 2.

Heard Mrs. V.A.Shinde, learned A.P.P. for Applicant - State and Mr. N.V.Gaware, learned counsel for Respondent.

Learned A.P.P. has fairly submitted before the Court that there is no material against present respondent for cancellation of his bail.
