Heard learned counsel for applicant and respondents/claimants.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that amount in terms of Award shall be deposited within eight weeks. In view of the statement made, following order is passed.

ORDER

[i] Issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

Mr. S.R.Shirsath, learned counsel accept notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

[ii] Pending disposal of Appeal, there shall be ad-interim order in terms of prayer

2 C.A. 14506.2019 in F.A. 3700.2019 clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount in terms of Award within eight weeks. In case amount is not deposited within stipulated period, the interim order shall stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
