Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that, the proceedings which were pending before respondent No.3 has now been transferred to the District Deputy Registrar Jalna and in view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and nothing further survives in the petition.

He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to appear in the proceedings before the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jalna.
