By this Writ Petition, the petitioners are seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioners which is pending before Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee since 22.04.2025 be directed to be expedited.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are desirous of prosecuting their studies, we direct Respondent No.2/Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today. 4.
