Learned counsel Mr. Shejwal is appearing for respondent Nos. 5 and 6. Time granted to take the instructions. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has nothing to do with the subsidy likely to be issued to concerned respondents.

Learned AGP has filed the affidavit-in-reply. The petitioner's contention is that the units/companies are not in existence. However, by playing fraud, they are trying to grab the 1 of

912 wp 12285 2024.odt subsidy from the Government. He also fairly concedes that he has already approached the Court by filing a private complaint and it is pending.

Learned AGP would submit that the entire process has been done at district-level committee and state-level committee, after following the due procedure. Prima facie there is nothing illegal in the entire process of the alleged act. 6.

In view of the affidavit-in-reply of the government, we do not find substance in the writ petition. There shall be no two petitions for the same reliefs before two different forums. Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
