The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no confidence motion is moved against the petitioner and the same is fixed on 16.10.2025. Three elected members are disqualified and they have not filed appeal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice of no confidence motion ought not to have been issued to the disqualified members.

Since the no confidence motion is fixed on 16.10.2025, the petitioner may raise all his contentions at the time of no confidence motion or before the concerned authority after passing the no confidence motion, if necessary.
