Learned counsel for petitioner states that present writ petition is a left out petition from the group of petitions bearing no. 1246 of 2016, 1247 of 2016, 1248 of 2016 and 1250 of 2016 decided on 12-03-2018 and submits that, it deserves similar treatment and similar order.

Learned counsel for the respondents do not have any particular objection for meeting out such treatment to the present writ petition.

In the circumstances, present writ petition as well stands disposed of in the same terms and observations, as are appearing in the order dated 12-03-2018 referred above and is disposed of accordingly.
