920 ca.27.22 ors.odt Mr. Mayure, learned counsel submits that this Court was pleased to allow the applicants to furnish 50% of the amount in deposit, on furnishing usual undertaking with the Registry. Mrs. Jape, learned AGP for respondent/State fairly accedes this position.

There is no reason to take any different view. The applications are liable to be allowed by taking the same view. Hence, the following order is passed:

The applicants in respective civil applications are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
