For the reasons stated in Criminal Application no. 6702 of 2014, seeking to assist the learned A.P.P. in Criminal Application No.6398 of 2014, the same is allowed and disposed of.

After hearing extensively, Mr. Dhorde, learned Sr. Advocate, on instructions, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the Criminal Application No.6398 of 2014, however, liberty to move this Court after a period of six (6) months, if the trial is not concluded within that time, may be granted.

Criminal Application No. 6398 of 2014 is allowed to withdraw and disposed of as such with the liberty as prayed for.

Both Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
