Considering the law laid down in the cases of Shri Sant Sadguru Janardan Swami (Moingirid Maharaj) Sahakari Dugdha Utpadak Sanstha and Ors. vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., AIR 2001 SC 3982 and State of Goa v. Fouziya Imtiaz Shaikh, 2021 (8) SCC 401, we expressed our disinclination.
