The applicant is seeking recalling of the order dated 03.08.2021, whereby registration of his first appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks, including payment of court-fees. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 03.08.2021 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within four weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
