PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the petitioner will file the application/representation before the Disciplinary Authority i.e. Respondent No.1 on or before 25th April, 2016. In case, such application is filed, Respondent No.1 shall decide the same on or before 24th June, 2016. 2.

Ad-interim relief granted in terms of prayer clause (E) on 20th November, 2015 shall remain in force till 24th June, 2016.
