DATE : DECEMBER 17, 2021 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the appellant-insurance company submits that there are two appeals arising out of one and the same accident. The claimants are also same. Inadvertently, the amount that was to be deposited in one of the appeals, came to be deposited in other one and vice-versa. He, therefore, prays to consider the amount deposited in First Appeal Stamp No.18647 of 2017 to be as deposited in First Appeal Stamp No.18631 of 2017 and vice-versa. 2.

Office to do the needful and make payment accordingly. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
