The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the brother of the applicant expired on 11.10.2025 and therefore, the applicant seeks temporary bail for a period of six days from 19.10.2025 to 24.10.2025 to enable him to attend the post-death rituals of his deceased brother.

Perused the report, considering the reason stated in the application and the documents produced on record in support of the same, this Court is of the opinion that the applicant deserves to be released on temporary bail for the limited period as prayed for. Hence, the following order:

::ORDER::

(i) The applicant, in connection with Crime No.191 of 2025

(( 2 )) Temp bail registered at Dharur Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 65(1) and 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act and Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, be released on temporary bail for the period from 19.10.2025 to 24.10.2025 (both days inclusive) on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount on following conditions:- (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not pressurize the witnesses, in any manner. (b) The applicant shall surrender to the concerned jail authority on 25.10.2025 before noon without fail.
