Mr.Barlinge, learned counsel submits that the proposal is submitted for grant of permission under Rule 3.1 of the Secondary Schools Code. However, the Deputy Director has raised some queries which in fact are not applicable. The same are also clarified by the Petitioner. No final decision has been taken by the Deputy Director. We have heard the learned AGP also The Deputy Director of Education Officer shall take decision on the proposal forwarded to it in respect of the Petitioner seeking permission under Rule 3.1 of the Secondary Schools Code, on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within four months. The Petitioner may represent itself before the Deputy Director of Education. The Petitioner may clarify regarding the requirement being

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observations and directions. No costs.
