We have heard Mr. Khade, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Talhar, learned A.S.G. submits that, petitioner has alternate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal. 3.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy as may be permissible. 4.

All contentions are kept open. No costs.

The learned counsel submits that, petitioner may not be relieved till 30.12.2021. The order impugned would take effect after 30.12.2021.

In view of that, till the said date, the petitioner may not have apprehension of being relieved.
