It is seen from the record that the petitioner has already approached the State of Government challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Nashik Division Nashik dated 27th December 2023 in RTS/Revison/879/2023. 3.

In view of the same, petition can be conveniently disposed off by directing the State to decide the revision filed by the petitioner as early as possible and preferably before 31st January 2025. The State also to
