At the request of petitioners, leave to amend. 2.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners are elected members of the Gram Panchayat and they are required to submit the validity within one year i.e. on or before 18th January, 2022. The proposals are submitted almost year back, the same are not yet decided by the Scrutiny Committee.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 4.

Incase, the validity in respect of the caste claims of the petitioners is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No 2 may make endeavour to take decision on the said proceedings, if it is possible for it, preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 29th December, 2021.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
