Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Perused the impugned Judgment and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said Judgment. In view of the above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount along with the interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

2 897.2019CA.doc (ii) Balance 40% amount along with the interest accrued thereon be fixed in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal. (iii) Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
