There are cross complaints in both these matters. C.R. Nos. 588/2023, 584/2023 and 585/2023 are lodged by applicants in both these applications against each other.

Both the parties have amicably settled their dispute out of court and have moved Criminal Application Nos.1277/2024, 1278/2024 and 1302/2024 before the Division Bench for quashing of FIR lodged against each other. Division Bench has issued notice in said applications and made it returnable after two weeks. SVH

Taking into consideration the peculiar fact that the matter is amicably settled between the parties and they have moved for quashing of FIR lodged against each other, both the applications are allowed by confirming interim protection granted to applicants by orders dated 13/10/2023 and 19/10/2023.
