PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who are contesting Respondents before the School Tribunal in Execution Petition, makes a statement that, on 4th April, 2015 i.e. the next date scheduled in Execution Petition, he is prepared to argue the said Petition finally. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection in case the Tribunal is directed to decide the execution petition on 4th April, 2015 itself. We make it clear that, in case the parties wish to file further pleadings, they can do so on or before 1st April, 2015.
