Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 820 days condoned in filing of the First Appeal. The Appellants intend to challenge the Judgment and Award passed by the 3rd Jt. Civil Judge S.D., Osmanabad, however, there is delay and the applicants have stated that due to procedure that was required to be adopted for the same the sending of proposal along with the certified copies to the Law and Judiciary Department, for obtaining opinion, then necessary sanctions etc., so also for the Court Fees, the delay has been caused.

Though, the learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the application contending that each and every days delay has not been properly explained yet, for the reasons stated in para Nos. 3 to 5, the delay is condoned.

Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
