1] Heard. Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that petitioner will file appropriate application with the respondent No.2 for membership of the Medical Health Scheme for retired employees/Departmental workers of the Corporation, in view of the Circular dated 26th May, 2008, issued by the Food Corporation of India, which is placed by respondent No.2 on record at page 20 of the compilation of the writ petition. If such application is filed for reopening the Medical Health Scheme by the petitioner within 4 weeks from today, respondent No.2 shall decide it on merits, within 10 weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
