Mr. Bedre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner is not mutated in the revenue record in spite of the application given.

The learned AGP accepts notice for both respondents and submits that the petitioner has remedy before the committee. 3.

In case, the mutation has not been effected, then the petitioner may approach the committee constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015.

If the petitioner approaches the committee, then the committee shall deal with the application of the petitioner expeditiously. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
