The applicant/s are seeking to condone the delay caused in filing the first appeal/s.

Perused the grounds as stated in paragraph nos. 2 to 4 of the application. It is contended that the applicant is suffering from financial crises, so also he/they had no knowledge about

ca 13672.24+1.odt legal proceeding and limitation etc. In that view of the matter, he could not approach this Court within time. 4.

The reasons as stated in the application are not controverted by the respondents. The applicant is pursing his remedy for getting just compensation towards acquired land. In that view of the matter, following order is passed. Order i.

Civil applications are allowed.

Delay caused in filing the First Appeal/s are condoned subject to condition that the applicant tenders an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court that he/they shall not claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period, in case, enhancement is granted in appeal. iii.

CA stands disposed of.
