The general power of attorney as shown in the memo of second appeal representing Respondent No.1 died during the pendency of this appeal and as such, Respondent No.1 has executed a fresh general power of attorney in favour of one Sarvadnya s/o Shirishchandra Kadatane.

In view of the same, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein are directed to carry out the amendment in the memo of appeal and after carrying out the amendment in the memo of second appeal, office to proceed further by accepting the Vakalatnama of new power of attorney as prayed in these civil applications. Civil applications are accordingly disposed of.
