Mr.Paranjape, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 to 6 on instructions makes a statement that the proposal of the petitioner for approval of B.Ed. pay-scale is already sent to the Education Officer three (3) days back.

The Education Officer has already filed affidavit that if the proposal is sent, the Education Officer shall decide it. The Education Officer on receipt of the proposal shall decide it within three (3) weeks.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
