Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners on attaining the age of superannuation have retired.
They were initially serving on daily wages. Thereafter, they were appointed as permanent employees. The pensionary benefits are not sanctioned in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners have given representations to the Respondent No.2 but the Respondent No.2 has not taken any cognizance of the said representations. 2.
We have heard learned counsel for Respondents.

The Respondent No.2 shall decide the representations filed by the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
