Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP, at the outset, submits that there is appellate remedy provided against impugned order dated 5th June 2023 passed by the learned Tahsildar. Writ Petition itself was preferred on 6th October 2023.

Considering above position, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner to approach the appellate authority challenging the order dated 5th June 2023. The appellate authority while

Ethape ( 2 ) 52-WP-3498-2025 considering the period of limitation shall exclude the period from 6th October 2023 till today.

Needless to say that the appellate authority will consider the appeal on merits.
