The petitioner has sought a direction to consider the claim of the petitioner for her absorption / appointment at any minority school situated at Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the petitioner was declared surplus, she has been absorbed in Gita Prashala, Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar, but she has not yet joined the said school and a proposal for approval for the joining of the

2 WP.12951.2019 petitioner is sent to the respondent no.4 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar. The limited prayer is for a direction to the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the proposal at the earliest.

The learned Counsel for the respondent no.4 submitted that the proposal has been received and shall be decided in accordance with law.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.4 - Education Officer (Primary) to decide the proposal on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today.
