The petitioner is challenging the common order of respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee dated 24 September 2024, refusing to validate his 'Thakur' scheduled tribe certificate. 2.

The impugned order is in fact a common order in the matter of three individuals including the petitioner and one Dattatray Baburao Shinde. Dattarray had challenged the self same order in Writ Petition No. 11284/2024 by the judgment and order dated 09 October 2024. The impugned order was quashed and set aside to his extent and he was directed to be issued a certificate of validity which was made validate subject to outcome of reverification of the validity holders which the Committee has been objecting.

When this Court already has embarked upon and for the reasons quashed and set aside the self same order in the matter

of Dattatray, no separate view can be taken and for the same reasons even the present petition is allowed. 4.

Impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the petitioner. The Committee shall issue validity certificate immediately to him which subject to the final outcome of the validity holders which the Committee has decided to reopen. [ SHAILESH P.
