The Applicant has filed this application, seeking permission to deposit a demand draft of Rs.2,40,000/- in the office of this Court, pursuant to order dated 07.10.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1206/2022 with Criminal Writ Petition No. 1207/2022. Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that he has already drawn demand draft in the name of 'Registrar, Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad' dated 18.11.2022, which is still in force.

In view of above, the demand draft to be deposited by the Appellant within one week from today. The office is directed to accept the demand draft of Rs.2,40,000/- dated 18.11.2022 bearing No. 286445. The Respondents shall be at liberty to withdraw the said amount without making application to this Court. 3.
