1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the ground of couple convenience, the petitioner has applied to the Chief Executive Officer for transfer at Malkautha, Taluka Mukhed, District Nanded.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos.1 & 3. Mr.S.B.Pulkundwar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.2.

3] In case the petitioner has given an application / representation for his transfer at a particular place [Page 47-48] and the same is pending with respondent no.2, then

14216.21WP respondent no.2 shall decide the said application / representation, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four [4] weeks. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
