Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

By the impugned order dated 25.09.2023, the Education Officer has not assigned any reason as to why the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the Petitioner from 20% aided establishment to 60% aided establishment, is not within the contours of the GR dated 01.04.2021. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner is right in contending that the impugned order is unreasoned. khs/Oct.2023/13186

In view of the above, this Petition is partly allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside with a direction to the concerned Education Officer to re-consider the proposal and ensure that a reasoned order is passed within 60 days from today. ( Y.
