In view of prayer made, in para no.3 following correction be made.

In para no.3, in place of words "the suit initiated by present appellant is barred by limitation" words , "the suit initiated by present appellant is barred by principle of res judicata, in view of judgment in Regular Civil Suit No. 56 of 1982" be inserted.

In para no. 4 line no.5, in para no.5(a) line no.3 and in para no.7 line nos. 2 and 3, the words appearing "him/his" be corrected with the word, "her".

Necessary corrections as above be carried out. After carrying out appropriate corrections, Registry is directed to issue corrected copies to the respective parties. 6.
