1] The grievance of the petitioners is that they are not given choice posting as per the Government Resolution. The petitioners are working in PESA/Tribal area. 2] The posting is to be given in accordance with the vacancies available. Unless the vacancies are available at the place of choice of petitioners, the posting cannot be given. The petitioners have already approached the Chief Executive Officer for the said purpose.

3] The petitioners may prosecute application/representation with the Chief Executive Officer

14183.21WP as per the notification dated 23.07.2018 and Government Resolution dated 05.03.2015. The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon the said representation in accordance with law and considering the availability of the vacancies, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of the order of this Court.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
