The petitioner prays for issuance of "Tadvi-13", Scheduled Tribe, certificate in format-C. He already has an original certificate. He requires C-Format certificate for the purpose of seeking an order of validation. He is employed in the postal department.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner would tender the original certificate to respondent No.2, on or before 23.12.2022. 3.

Subject to scrutiny as regards the authenticity of the
