Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of some subsequent events, the writ petition needs to be amended as proposed in para 2 to 7 of the civil application. The writ petition is yet to be admitted. Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have resisted the application. However, since writ petition is yet to be admitted, I am inclined to allow this civil application. The civil application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
