Present petition is filed by the petitioner - wife as her application for transfer of the matrimonial proceedings from Jalgaon to Chalisgaon came to be rejected.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that subsequently the parties have amicably settled the matter and the petitioner - wife has resumed cohabitation with respondent no.1 - husband. In view of the aforesaid fact, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 - husband, on instructions, makes a statement that the H.M.P. No.2 of 2021 pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon will be withdrawn within

a period of four weeks from today.

Considering the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
