This application is filed seeking setting aside of the order passed by Registrar, dated 25.04.2022. Registrar by the impugned order had dismissed the appeal for non filing of the paper book.

It is the case of the applicant that record and proceeding which was received by the office is sent back to the Reference Court for preparation of paper book and therefore it could not be filed in the Court.

Considering this genuine difficulty, civil application is allowed.
